In an effort to continuously support its commercial PEX piping business, Uponor North America (Uponor) products are now available in the Trimble® PipeDesigner 3D® (formerly QuickPen®) software manufacturer database for plumbing and radiant heating and cooling systems.
Trimble PipeDesigner 3D is a single detailing solution for mechanical, piping and plumbing contractors familiar with the AutoCAD® platform. It features the ability to auto-route for a single line, Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) export for project model coordination, and field point export to the Trimble Field Link for mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) construction layout.
